| Reverse logistics means the movement of the material from the consume place to the manufacturing place to regain the value of the material or to put them to the right place. In recent years, Enterprises become more and more emphasizing on their reverse logistics because of the high-level returning goods rate due to the even-keenly global competition and the implementation of new environmental protection legislation. Enterprises want to increase their benefits and enhance the competitive ability through developing reverse logistics. China has a short history in developing reverse logistics so Chinese companies have no experience which can help them to make decision on Reverse Logistics Patten.This paper analyzes the developing situation of reverse logistics in China and abroad, pointing out our problems in reverse logistics through learning advanced experience in abroad, and summing up four patterns of reverse logistics. This also discuss about how to choose proper logistics pattern considering the size of companies,the character of the products and the long -term strategies. At last, I give some suggestions on how to develop reverse logistics for our companies. |
