The telecommunications industry is a big service sector. Customer quantity is the foundation of industry development. Service quality is the foundation to extend customers quantity and is also an opportunity of market. Now, the telecommunications service has already gone deep into both each realm of the society and each family, is becoming the thing that the people can't leave such as clothes and foods more and more. If there is no satisfied service supported, it becomes an empty talk to lead this huge customer community. So, this thesis will begin from both the satisfied customer service and the ministrant angle, pass the analysis to our national whole telecommunications industry service present condition level, and make use of the theories of science and guide the thought to exist analysis and diagnosis of problem to the telecommunications, putting forward homologous method and the system frame of the improvements, building up a kind of all new competition principle and competing way, in order to provide the reference towards promoting the service level of the telecommunications industry, build up a kind of customer satisfied service consciousness and the service principle, namely" soft service".In summary, the assurance of the core value of the telecommunications industry is to keep the existing customer by all means to attract and increase more new customers. The central government puts forward to set up harmonious society. But setting up harmonious society is bound to emphasize harmonious consumption, harmonize consumption is importance part of harmonize society, but the harmonize consumption is the understanding of the whole consumption principle and both parties related to provide the company and consumer in the service management. The business enterprise should adapt the development of the society, the consumption of the overall orientation consumer mental state and the consumption idea, and then can carry out the core value of the business enterprise enough and gradually. But satisfied customer service principle isbasic assurance of the business enterprise core value and development which adapts society development and consumer demanding.
