Study On The Service System Optimization Of Haikou South Of Jiangsu Rural Bank Individual Customer

With the continuous development of China's financial industry,the competition between banks is becoming increasingly fierce,the bank customer service quality and service system of banks is also increasingly demanding.While in the bank customers,individual customer occupy the largest proportion,the service demand is complex,service needs diversification,the development of a large space,late high economic value.Therefore,the bank wants to enhance customer value,improve service quality,it should pay attention to the optimization of individual customer service system.This paper takes the Haikou Bank of South of Jiangsu town as an example,the research on the optimization of individual customer service system,the thesis firstly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas,and research results at home and abroad are described,including the study of bank customer service evaluation index and model of bank customer service channels;research the bank customer service satisfaction;research on Problems and measures of bank customer service;"Internet plus bank customer service" research;services innovation of bank customers.Secondly,this paper takes Haikou South of Jiangsu rural bank individual customer research sample,using the questionnaire survey The bank is currently in service of banking products,online banking services,staff business ability,customer relationship management,several aspects of service window display on the service satisfaction,through the questionnaire feedback results to explore the status of individual customer service of the bank.Finally,from the analysis of foreign banks in the promotion experience on individual customers the questionnaire survey and the results put forward the corresponding suggestions.
