In today's "customer-centric" era, how to better satisfy the demand for electricity customers, is county-level power supply enterprise marketing work. In this paper, from the customer's perception of research, analysis, value and customer complained the cause, how to eliminate customer complaints, marketing remedies to achieve customer satisfaction purposes.
