| Based on the current situations of mini scale software enterprises in China, this article analyzes the characteristics of software project development. A software development process that fits software enterprises in China is designed using CMM model, and based on software development life-cycle with IDEF0 model.The aim of this research is to provide guideline to mini scale software enterprises in founding new software development team, so as to catalyze the growth of software enterprises in China. The main content of this research are,Customize CMM2 process according to the characteristics and situation of mini scale software enterprises in China. The process from project kick-off to project complete is designed based on software development life-cycle and every key steps in CMM2.Design detailed task arrangement, required resources and necessary documents for every development stage.Define clearly the duty for each member in the software development team.Provide the mechanism for team members' cooperation and project team management. |
