Study On Venture Capital's Supporting Environment Of Nanjing

In this paper, the present situation and developmental changing of venture capital's supporting environment in Nanjing are investigated by using venture capital theory, regional economic theory, and the way combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, canonical parse and empirical research. On these basis, the author brings up many opinions on policies , which can offer references for government to make decision on investment policy, financing policy, the development policy of minor enterprise and high-tech enterprise, and these opinions on policies also have good benefit for venture investment institution to choose investment environment, and venture capital enterprise to investes.Firstly, the author reviews some literatures. Then ,after transverse comparing the venture capital's supporting environment among Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Nanjing,and lengthways comparing the venture capital's supporting environment of recent years in Nanjing, the predominance and inferior position on the development of venture capital's supporting environment are found out,and the relevant stratagem are also formulated. Lastly, though the proofing research,the author analyzes and orders the limiting factors of venture capital's supporting environment in Nanjing, and on the basis of the comprehensive analysis in the chaps above, many policy proposals are also brought up finally.By the summarizing of literatures, the author sums up six factors which influence the venture capital's supporting environment in Nanjing as follows: capital market environment, policy statute environment, technology and person with ability environment, medi-service environment, humanistic community environment and finance environment. For venture capital, capital market environment will provide capital supporting and quitting access, policy statute environment will provide stimulating mechanism and institutional guarantee on fair ordered development,technology and person with ability environment will provide intellectual fountainhead of creative mind, medi-service environment is a contacting ligament to make it runs smoothly, humanistic community environment can construct a kind of culture atmosphere, and finance environment will provide guarantee on fine development and venture enterprise.Based on the research, we found that the predominance and inferior position of Nanjing venture capital's supporting environment are very obvious, the predominance are embodied on...
