| The Venture Capital is the catalyst which promote the new high-tech enterprises to develop. Venture Capital is the organic integration of science, technology and financial product. Venture Capital has developed rapidly since the 1940s. Nowadays, with the international competition on technology, as a kind of innovation for financial system, Venture Capital has an important strategic significance in developing high and new technology industry and adjusting industrial structure.Hebei province is a major economic in China, in order to adjusting industrial structure, promote technological and economic development, it must promote new high-tech industry quickly. At the same time, the favorable financial environment for investment is needed.In this paper, Firstly, the author reviews some literatures. Then, after transverse comparing the venture capital's financial supporting environment among Beijing, Guangdong and Hebei, and lengthways comparing the venture capital's financial supporting environment of recent years in Hebei, the predominance and inferior position on the development of venture capital's supporting environment are found out. Thirdly, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis in the chapter 3 above, many policy proposals are also brought up finally. |
