Evaluation Of Venture Capital Supporting Environment In Shandong Province By DEA Method

The venture capital supporting environment system is the foundation and the cradle of venture capital operation and development, which is mutually composed of some related environment factors affecting with the venture capital development. The improvement of supporting environment will directly accelerate the development of venture capital.Shandong Province is a big economical province. However, venture capital investment has not developed well in Shandong Province yet. It is not only started late, but also was limited by all sorts of restrictions in its after development. As a result, the venture capital's contribution to the economical development is limited. Therefore, this thesis selects the venture capital supporting environment of Shandong Province for the inspection object and attempts to find out its prominent question through carrying on the field survey to every competitive factor and finally put forward some corresponding policy proposal for its further improvement.In the demonstration researching process, this thesis bases on the correlative venture capital theories, uses the innovative research technique which synchronizes DEA, obtains the practical data and carries on analysis to it. In the structure, this thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter 1 analyzes the research significance, method and the innovation. Chapter 2 firstly introduces the venture capital and its supporting environment and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results about the venture capital supporting environment, after that briefly introduces the strengths of DEA method. Chapter 3 is the part of demonstrational research. Its elects some important factors to construct an evaluation index system of venture capital supporting environment and outlines the present situation of the venture capital supporting environment of Shandong Province according to the actual data. Chapter 4 proposes some corresponding development suggestions based on chapter 3 which are expected to effectively promote the venture capital development of Shandong Province as soon as possible and this is also the main significance of this article. Chapter 5 summarizes the main researching results and deficiency of this thesis.
