Cycle Economic Evaluation Of The Meaning Of Coal And Simulation Studies

Our country'need for energy in recent years are always increase, the traditional pattern to exploit and utilize energy not only causes serious waste of resources and destruction to environment, but also is not able to satisfy demand of economic development further. Circular economy is an advanced development model, which can promote the harmonious development of resources, environment and economy. It's an inevitable choice for enterprises to look for the continuous development, under the background, circular economy is also becoming the important mode of sustainable development economy in china. As typical energy enterprises,yima coal industry group' strategy is to find out the sustainable developmental road of resources saving and production intensivism.Based on the analysis of the development situation of domestic and international circular economy, the paper explores the yima coal industry group's present situation and problems and summarizes the related research about circular economy and its evaluation indexes,and combined the characteristic of coal industry and yima coal industry group explores the circular economy' develops in the field. On the definition of the existing circular economy' evaluation index system and the yima coal industry group' practice,3 first order evaluation indexes and 28 second order evaluation indexes are formed. By the means of discrimination analysis 13 second order evaluation indexes are left to form the the evaluation indexes system of regional circular economy. By the means of Data Envelopment Analysis,the paper establish an evaluating model of coal enterprises' circular economy. Following the data of yima coal industry group from developing circular economy,using SPSS statistics software and Data Envelopment Analysis software evaluate the yima coal industry group's circular economy from eco-environmental protection, circular economy' characteristics, economic administration. Based on the analysis and evaluation on yima coal industry group' circular economy, the paper do the computer simulation research of yima coal industry group' industrial chains,and several related recommendations are advanced.
