Since the reformation and opening up to the outside world, the private-owned enterprise in China has already become one of the important pillar of national economy. As a new form of economy, it already has developed to be an more and more important part to push our national ecomomy., But along with the growth of private-owned enterprise, the problems of the human resource mechanism , such as how to choose the right person ,have already become more and more outstanding and seriously influenced their persistent development. In the era of knowledge-driven economy, the competition between enterprises is focusing on the talented people in fact. Entrepreneurs have realized that who have the talent, who will hold the advantage in the competition and be the powerhouse in the future market. As to the private-owned enterprise, how to manage the talented person properly and keep them here is the key to the development.In this paper the author will demonstrate that the flow out of employees has become a big problem in China's middle and small-scale private-owned enterprises. Their idea of using employees should be changed. They must manage employees more humanely, think much of their emotion, self-esteem and value, and provide more humane and interesting work if they want to maintain them. It is a big matter that keep employees by emotion, treatment and successful career. With some standardizing and encouraging works, enterprises can cultivate the acceptance and belongingness of employees, inspire their confidence of striking for self-realization and gain the loyalty of them.
