This thesis mainly studies the theory and practice of corporatization of road passenger transport, based on the pressure of road passenger transportation to improve service quality and rectify the market order in our country, combining the status quo of road passenger transportation.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the transfer of managerial authority of road passenger transportation in our country. In this part, it reviews the history of the transfer of managerial authority of road passenger transportation, and approves the positive role of this mode during the past. Then this thesis points it couldn't meet the demand of development of road transportation. Secondly, this thesis shows the necessity of corporatization of road passenger transportation, and analyzes the reasons of firstly bringing it into practice. Thirdly, this thesis explains the credit lacking in road passenger transportation industry, based on the reputation theory, and puts forward the measure for the problem. Follow this part, this thesis describes the meaning of corporatization, and analyzes the advantages of corporatization, and puts forward some proposals for the management to the drives. According those above study, this thesis suggests four programs of corporatization reform, which are reasonable not only for enterprises, but also for individual operators. Lastly, this thesis considers corporatization needs the intervention of the government, which will play a positive role in the supervision of reform.
