The modern marketing exactly realizes this important means to jump. The real estate, as a kind of special goods, to realize its value's transformation and "W to G" successful jump, will increasingly depend on this effective means of the marketing. So, considering the actual conditions of real estate market, studying and exploration of China's real estate network advertisement becomes a task of top priority. These are exactly the selected title background and the conception.Along with the eleventh five years' plan's implementation of our national economy, our country's real estate industry will develop faster, but China's real estate development enterprises are usually short of management mind and idea. The 21st century are the knowledge economy and the network times, what's more, the network advertisement have a lot of advantages, such as low expense, broad information coverage, strong interaction, linkablity, and large capacity, causing a huge impact to the traditional media, which is a new luminescent spot in the network economy. Because the network advertisement is the one of newly emerging things, which is not very mature. This article analyzes the conditions of real estate and network advertisement, presents the obstacles of real estate network advertisement development and advises corresponding tactics in order to give references to the real estate enterprises when they are using network advertisements.
