Advertisement of real estate is developing fast, as the market of real estate is growing since THE REFORMATION. Advertisement of real estate not only is the force to drive the market, but also is the very important information source for customers. At the same time, advertisement of real estate impulse the advertisement market as the particularity of real estate. Because of the multi-action of the advertisement of real estate, investigate on the advertisement of real estate is useful for theory, and it is practicability also.From the point of view of ethics of communication, analysis on ethic of the advertisement of real estate is process by the means of induction. Especially, ethical dilemma is analyzed. The answers of problems are discussed and author hope the answer can develop the market of real estate and its advertisement.At first, attribute of ethic is defined, and the ethic of advertisement of real estate is described. Then, a lot of cases of advertisement of real estate is analyzed and summarized by the means of principle of ethics of communication. At the end, policy of solution is imaged in the field of laws and social.
