West Hubei National Backbone Enterprise In Cultural Studies

In the background of large-scale development of western regions of China and building well-off society, and with the great challenge brought by the establishment of market economy system and China's entrance into the WTO, the quo status of the core enterprises in the western part of Hunan and Hubei province is not optimistic. Such shortcomings are common in these core enterprises as low content of science and technology, the series waste of resource caused by the duplicated project, the weak core competitive power, shortage of reserve strength, disharmony in development between the enterprises and the natural environment, poor adapt to the quo status of economic development and the country's policy, and without the rapid response mechanisms. So how the core enterprises in the western part of Hunan and Hubei province can get benign development is a question that many people is hunting for an answer from different economic angles. From the culture angle of view, the author compares and analyzes the enterprises in the following aspects as cultural environment, management philosophy, establishing the harmonious enterprises, trying to find culture's impact on the enterprises' living development and expanding, meanwhile studying how the good culture can be reflected in the enterprises and what kind of spirit the enterprises should have to keep them energetic and in a invincible position as well as exploring the new ways to promote the development of economy in the western regions inhabited by ethnic minorities.This thesis includes three parts except the introduction and conclusion.
