Reseach On Commercial Banking Financial Services With Context Of Multi-religious Cultural In Western Ethnic Areas

The trend of globalization is under the rapid development to direction of the great worldwide fusion. In the general sense, globalization is the integration process of human life, also is an overall global development trend beyond region, especially in the sovereignty of the nation-state. Throughout today’s world, the economic integration, which does not transfer with man’s subjective will, is called a historical trend that swept the world. The reform development is a fundamental state policy of China. Under the influence of this policy, China is increasingly integrated into the international community. The global economic integration has penetrated into all aspects of the Chinese people’s daily life. In such a large background, national culture is gradual being homogenization. For this discussion, how to protect the diversity of our national culture and its fusion development, that needs our common attention and thought.The western region of China is the accumulation area of minority nationality, and is also the enrichment region of religious cultural resources. With its nationality and long-term existence, religious culture has important impacts on economic development and social stability. The overall economic development of the western minority regions is at a low level in our country, its backwardness has not been fundamentally changed, and there is still a considerable gap between the economically developed areas of our country, furthermore, the gap continues to increase. The Western China has twelve provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Its land area is538ten thousand square kilometers that is the country’s total area of50%; at present, the Western China has an estimated population of2.87billion, which is22.99percent of the nation’s population. The population of the west minority has estimated8023ten thousand, is the national minority total population69.83%, involving51kinds of national minority, the most populous has the Hui nationality, the Zhuang nationality, the Mongoloid, the Uyghur nationality and the other big national. This shows, the local economic development and financial service innovation is deep influenced by the national characteristic and the religious culture in western region of China. Therefore, by means of the financial system, how to construct and improve innovation of commercial banks, to support the minority areas of the Western China in the economic development, is directly related to the degree of development of the national economy as a whole, the national security and social stability. In the Western region of China, the religious culture makes people faced with a choice according to the moral norm, values, social system and customs and etc, because that religion gives its special cultural connotation. It is to decide the way of thinking, then taking corresponding actions to affect the development of things so that producing the economic behavior. To promote the development of social economy by means of the mode of production, industrial structure, operation principle and technological innovation etc. The development of economy can contribute to the formation of the financial system in a certain extent. The differences of religious belief can lead to the economic growth and financial service innovation is complex in the western minority areas of our country. From the current development situation, by the national regional features and religious cultural influence, regional economy, economic development and the current financial service level were a huge contradiction between supply and demand in the western region. Well then how to explore the way and model of commercial bank financial service innovation in this kind of religious culture, especially the Islamic religious culture background. The way and model can effectively solve the present situation of supply and demand imbalance in the financial services and innovation of the West minority nationality regions and can be boosted with the rapid and sustainable development of western economy.Thesis attempts to use the combination of theory and case analysis method to analyze and answer the problem with the Islamic religious cultural understanding of the author’s own and the economic and financial perspective in western national regional, to make a contribution to the national economy and the harmonious development of the financial. Thesis is composed of three sections including seven chapters. The first section is the theoretical basis, to make a foreshadowing for studying economic and financial of the western national regions from the current research situation at home and abroad, economic globalization process and the pattern of international Islamic finance development. The second section analyze economic development and financial demand of the western region under the influence of religious culture, especially Islamic religious culture by understanding the national character and religious culture of the western region, and the financial service innovation needs huge in western national areas. Based on the huge market demand, how to provide financial service innovation and practice by the commercial banks of the western national regions in our country, this paper use cases and successful practice experience to analyze the financial supply and to make answer for the current supply situation. The last section is the conclusion. According to the analysis of the front two most, our economy of the western minority areas face with financial services and innovation of the supply and demand unbalanced situation in the multiple religious culture background. Therefore, the core of this article is how to solve this contradiction. Finally, the article suggests that policy guidance and financial service innovation promote the prosperity coexistence between economic development, the growth of national industry and religious culture in the western national regions of our country by our country management and commercial banks.Thesis approaches this conclusion:the process of globalization is having a profound influence on our national culture and religious culture, as a matter of fact, between the economic globalization, the economic growth and the multi-culture, there can be harmonious coexistence; the religious culture has a certain effect on the economic development and financial system formation of the west region, but in other words, financial institutions to provide the level of the ability of financial innovation and to a certain extent affect the culture system construction of the west minority nationality areas; Nationally, in the context of religious cultural, construction of the Islamic financial system has an important reference and enlightenment in the banking industry of the western minority areas in China; in the commercial banking of the western area, the financial innovation with service to ethnic and religious areas will point out the direction for the future of China’s western ethnic minority religious area financial system and provides a theoretical basis. In accordance with the inadequate support of Commercial Bank of China’s western minority areas and existing problems, this article offer a proposal has important significance. The proposal that open the decision thinking provides the idea of practice for reference for structuring the economic development and financial system in the western national region and the particular area of our country.
