The article analyzes the sorts of disadvantages of the state-owned commercial bank including organization structure, organization behavior and organization revolution. It also tells us the state-owned commercial bank's revolution is very difficult.The article takes a province branch-B of the state-owned commercial bank as an example. And analyzes the every single step of the branch-B's revolution. It analyzes the every problems which branch-B faced in the revolution, integrated the theory of organization's behavior. It also gives us several ways of how to solve the problems.It also negotiates following problems: how to unfreeze the state-owned commercial bank; how to focus the power and distribute the power; different effects of the flexible management in the revolution. It tells us how to propel the new laws and encouraging scheme in order to change the old and stable pattern. At the same time, it confirms the importance of the enterprise culture in the procedure of enlarging the effects of revolution.Although the article just discuss the special case of the revolution of state-owned commercial bank, when you understand the whole procedure of a case's operation, you must have an idea of several visions including scheme of management, organization unfreezing, organization revolution and organization refreezing.
