Today's business environment is complex and changefully, so only the enterprises who adapt to the environment and satisfy the requirements of the customers, can win the competition. This paper discusses three kinds of quality management approaches: Six Sigma (6σ), ISO 9000 and Total Quality Management (TQM), and advances an integrating quality management model of quality management. After that, introduces the practice of the model in the enterprises of power supply.This paper first reviews the background of Six Sigma, ISO 9000 and TQM. Then introduces the main contents of the three methods. Through the comparison of the differences between Six Sigma and ISO 9000, Six Sigma and TQM, and ISO 9000 and TQM, we find that Six Sigma, ISO 9000 and TQM do not conflict with each other. On the contrary, they can be coexistent, supplementing and promoting mutually. Therefore, we suggest the integrating quality management model of Six Sigma, ISO 9000 and TQM: Model for performance Excellence . Based on the ISO 9000 certification, enterprises can deploy Six Sigma and TQM at the same time. On the basis of a lot of data reading and through the analysis in theory, we propose the critical success factors and the steps of implementing Model for performance Excellence in the power supply enterprises. Finally, the paper introduces the practice of performance Excellence in the Yangzhou Power Supply Company and provides two cases of the result. The study of this subject can be used to guide the power supply to pursue the excellence performance and achieve the self-exceeding.
