Business companies of small cities and towns are very important parts in the economic system of small cities and towns. It is open to the rural market with the basis in small cities and towns and aims to satisfy the needs of villages in production and living. Nowadays, however, although the importance of the business companies is recognized to some extent, researches into the marketing mechanism, which is more important, has not been carried out further enough . This paper intends to start with the advantages of the marketing management of the business companies in small cities and towns, in its marketing costs, marketing prospective of the products, marketing and managing problems of the business companies from three aspects: strategic aspect, marketing locational aspect and tactis aspect, attempting to display the impact of the business companies in small cities and towns in the urbanization process.
