With the development of e-commerce and network environment, people's concepts of consumption have changed a lot; hence, online shopping has become a trend. From the original counter (open-shelf) transactions to the current online shopping, it offers consumers to have a larger variety to choose products which they like. Especially the information about goods themselves and prices is becoming more and more transparent, while increasing demand of consumers is more and more personalized. Therefore, as e-commerce environment, enterprises now should change their previous quality-centered ideas and shift to customer-centered philosophy. They should focus on their problems which exist in marketing and management. The Internet allows companies to expand the business all over the world. If enterprises want to maintain stronger market competitiveness, they should carry out various strategies and get an access to information about sales, marketing and management. Above all, in order to meet the market's needs of development, there should be a dramatic change in marketing management, evaluation and controlling and maintaining the relationship among customers.Currently, under e-commerce environment, companies only focus on the channels of marketing and the means of marketing, which ignores the construction of internal marketing management system and blindly pursuit of maximum benefits, which lead to new problems and can not be solved. Therefore, if enterprises want to maintain the stability of sales and the capacity to respond to the new issue, they should solve the following problems:firstly, they only focus on marketing channels and means and ignore marketing strategies for long-term development Secondly, the means of gaining access to marketing information is single; and the access to information is not timely which will cause the problem become worse. Thirdly, poor organization and marketing management; low level of evaluation in sales and marketing can not meet the current needs of enterprises'development. Therefore, e-commerce environment, enterprises should find their own problems and actively respond to them in order to survive in today's competitive market environment.
