Study On Development Model Of Small Towns In Urban Fringe Area Of Middle And Small Cities

At present, our country is in a period of rapid urbanization, and with the advent of the problems of the big cities and mega-cities, middle and small cities which represented by the county or city level are rapidly development and expansion to the surrounding areas that made a great impact on the surrounding small cities and towns. In this paper, on the basis of the stage of development of the urbanization, and according to the urban development of the power, the towns form, format, text state and ecological, the development model of small towns in the marginal zone of the middle and small cities are divided into four aspects that are dynamic mechanism of spatial form, industrial structure, social and cultural, and through these four aspects can conclude that the small towns in middle and small cities fringe area having these characteristics that relying and independence, dynamic and periodic and complexity.In terms of power mechanism, there are resources, location, and policy factors. The small towns of the middle and small cities urban fringe, the factors that play a leading role in a different period of development are inconsistent. Due to the early development foundation, the power factor is single, along with the development of the town, the power factor of the relevance between enhancements that promoting the development of the power factor diversification. On the spatial form, the author mainly analyzes the regional spatial structure between the small town and central city and land use pattern itself, the spatial structure of Small towns and the center city present a dynamic structure of the "point-axis-Circle", while the pattern of their own land, suffered from initially disordered state of disorder to the height of the later compact reasonable land forms. About the industrial structure, from the perspective of economic development promoting the urbanization process, knowing that a small town’s industrial structure has experienced from the early days of the first industry-led "one, two, three" industrial structure to the late tertiary industry "Three, two, industrial structure, and analyze the characteristics industry having an impact on urban development. In the social and cultural aspects of, based on the analysis of the urban population and urban connotations in different period of development to know what influence the urban culture and urban characteristics have on urban development. Finally, based on the four aspects analysis and the development targets of different development stages, three different modes are proposed:professional development type, enhance the sound type, integrated diffusion type.Finally, case studies on of Rongxian, Zigong edge area of small towns-Wangjia town. First of all, making a detailed analysis on the relationship between Wangjia town and Rongxian city on the basis of analysis of the current situation to determine Wangjia town should adopt the development model of professional development at this stage, and putting forward some measures and opinions to improve the town’s development level about the power factor, the space form, industrial development and social culture.
