Problems In Sino-japanese Economic And Trade Relations And Analysis

Japan is the neighboring country of China. Since 1970s, China and Japan have gained a lot of achievements in the economy and trading co-operations areas. But also appearing some problems. These problems such as the trading attrition have limited the developments of co-operations between these two counties. It needs finding some ways to deal with them.In this article, it first reviews the process of the trade history between China and Japan; then employs factor of production endowment theory and the theory of competitive advantage as the guidance, and uses a lot of methods to analyze the trading problems and give some reasons. Nowadays, China has joined into WTO and established the "Tenth Five" policies, Japanese economy has gotten rid of dilemmas, the economy co-operations between countries in East Asia has come into force, the mode of "10+3" hasbeen accepted by people, are the new chances for China and Japan.In the end, the author has come up with the conclusions that the trading and economy relations between China and Japan has moved into a new period, reinforcing the system constructions and establishing the co-operation areas between China and Japan are the main work for both China and Japan.
