The21st century is information age. BPO and ITO boomed in this century. It’s a marvelous opportunity for China to found industrial base of BPO and ITO, and draft favorable policy to attract MNC. By means of favorable policies and cheap labor, China became a big BPO and ITO base in the world.In the age of big data, competition between companies became more and more fierce, and how to survive is crucial for a company. The best way is to integrate and make full use of the available resources of the company. And the most important resource is human resource. Only to exerting employee’s potential can lead to the success of the company. Thus, more and more BPO companies began to pay attention to the human resource management.This article is the case study of employee attrition in Company SK.DL, makes a series plans to control the employee attrition problem. Firstly, this article introduces the aim and thinking. Secondly, studies the case from four aspects:performance assessment, compensation incentive, career path plan and corporate culture. Then, analyze the attrition reasons based on scientific theories. Lastly, proposed a series of solutions for Company SK.DL. These methods and suggestions are not only useful for Company SK.DL, but also a good lesson for other companies. |
