| Talent, as the most valuable human capital, is the source to create the core competitiveness of enterprises. Nowadays, the problem of employee attrition of private enterprises has become increasingly prominent. On one hand, the employee attrition increases the operating costs of enterprises, on the other hand, it makes the other employees cause negative psychological effects, and even affects the overall operation of the enterprise. Therefore, to solve the problem of employee attrition has become an important task faced by private enterprises. This paper, using the case study method, introduces the CZ company’s ups and downs, as well as problems, in particular, analyzes and study the problem of the employee attrition.CZ Co., Ltd. as a heavy industry enterprise, gain a competitive advantage and developed rapidly for its technical superiority. CZ reached its heyday through reforms in the80s of the last century, to the effectiveness of the company in the1990s began landslide and massive layoffs appeared. Operating difficulties appeared in the beginning of this century. The CZ company was full monopoly by SOE restructuring. And CZ became a private enterprise. Following the changes, CZ had ushered in a new test of the ups and downs of heavy industry enterprises. The motivated CZ staffs were physically and mentally fatigued. So many problems make the company leaders struggling to cope, especially the problem of employee attrition.In this case, the company’s produce and management activities are introduced through the work report of the the CZ company personnel manager. The case uses the psychological contract theory to analyze the reasons of CZ employee attrition, and tries to find ways to seek suggestions and countermeasures. This article focuses on the dynamic communication, incentives, promotion space and corporate culture, and analyzes the cause of the problem of employee attrition of the CZ company, and strives to improve the company’s communication, motivation, promotion system, and the corporate culture construction, in order to enhance CZ employee satisfaction and sense of belonging to the enterprise. The text tries to make recommendations to avoid similar problems in the future development of CZ company. |
