Brain Drain is referring to the voluntary outflow of key talent with nodomination by the enterprise, which would lead to the difficult situation and poorbusiness development as well as the great loss of labor cost. As a result, eachemployer is supposed to figure out the solutions on how to retain the talent, lowerdown the turnover rate, and improve the talent management.There are four chapters that composed of the Paper, separately, the Introductionpart outlined the background of research and analysis, as well as the target to achiveto. In the2ndChapter, the definition of talent and brain drain has been illustrated. Thehuman resources status of Shanghai MTC Technologies Company has been fullyanalyzed, such as employees’ category, eduction, professional title, service years,ages, employee gender division, etc. In the3rdChapter, the frequent outflow situationof the key talent in Shanghai MTC Company has been summarized in the recent threeyears, and the root cause of the attrition, such as the less competitive compensationstrategy and talent acquisition, poor internal communication channels, illogicalsystem on performance appraisal and career development, as well as the individualelement’s introduction. In the4thChapter, the countermeasures have been suggestedto brain drain situation in Shanghai MTC Technologies Company, the detailedelaboration covered the improvement on recruitment management, compensationstructure, performance evaluation, career management, internal communication andexit management.The thesis is targeting to solve the brain drain situation in MTC Company,which has covered every module of human resoureces, clearly suggested on thecountermeasures. Hope it can be some reference to the company that experiencing thesame talent difficulties, and can contribute to the problem solving in auto industry.
