Venture investment is a kind of investment with high risk, it achieve excellent performance and good return through investment on industries with advanced technologies and it will leave venture project alone through listing, selling and merging after multi-success. The characteristics of venture investment lead to a result that finding project with not only high return but high risk is the target of investment. At present, it is the opportunity of venture capital, because that numerous projects, especially high-tech projects, could not be operated perfectly for the shortage of capital which should be got from bank. So, the combination of venture capital and high-tech projects is very important. However, combination is not enough, strict evaluated system with qualitative and quantitative methods is the necessities in order to keep venture projects developing safely and continuously. In America, after long periods of growing, decline, renaissance and perfect, the researching of risk evaluation in venture investment has got great success that people changed their standpoints from focusing on technologies to entire managerial procedure. But in mainland China, it is only the beginning of risk analysis of venture investment. Even though, there are many amended evaluated systems which were made by Chinese professor, they could not fit Chinese markets. The objective of thesis is to find out the exact risk factors and establish a kind of evaluated system that could fit Chinese markets.Based on foreign researching, this thesis presents a point of view that external risk factors should get more weight in the evaluated system through expert survey.
