In recent years, VC(Venture Capital) obtain tremendous of development in our country, Venture Capital give a great effort to new economy, At the same time, when we give a deep analyze to the current situation, we may find many problems. if we intend to solve the problem, we should consider many things systematically. among them the most important thing is how to value evaluation of the Venture Business, that is how to value evaluation of the Venture Business in china.This paper give us a full view of Venture Capital, inclde the defination,the essential feature,the entire opreation procedure frame and cureent evaluation methods of venture business.Based on these theories and work experice in related aera, the author show us a system of how to evaluate venture business, and explain this system deeply .at last this paper give us a case analyze which apply this theory .Based on systemic theory clarified before, this paper give us a deep analyse on the current problem of evaluation of the Venture Business in china,and discuss how these problems come out.further more, this paper use the case of J science and technologic ltd. To contrast three evaluation methods,it give us different results from different assumption.Finally,in order to solve these problems , author use foreign mature practice for reference,and give us many advice both in macroscopical and microcosmic aspects.These advice will be the foundation of academic research and practice in evaluation of venture business.
