Evaluation Of The Risk Investment Project And Its Empiric Analysis

The venture investment,as a catalyst of promoting high-tech industry, is significant for it being able to adapt to the economic regularity of the development of high-tech industries. While it has 40-year histories,the venture investment is a newborn in China. Compared with western countries,our venture investment is just beginning,so it should be called Semi-Venture Investment. The method to estimate it is much backward than western countries and as a result it hampers heavily the development of our venture investment industry. Inheriting some western countries' advanced experiments,this paper analyzes the characters of venture investment and the specificity of our own venture investment,probes the factors which make the investment complex,and presents a method of analyzing the investment of different industries and different stages of an investment based on main ingredient analytic method. Through above discussions,the paper constructs a comprehensive system of estimating venture investment which fits for the Chinese situation,and solves the problem how to process the system in to electronic one.Venture capital investment generally means a kind of investment behavior in which venture investor invests capital in innovative technological enterprise that is new developing rapidly and of high risk at the same time. The biggest characteristic of venture capital investment lies in its high profit and high risk. Just because of high risk, we must make scientific assessment while carrying on venture investment.In the discussion of risk appraising,the author analysis the connotation of rish and the characteristic of risk in venture capital,puts forward the appropriate means of risk discriminating for the venture capital. Via the analysis of risk factors existing in the venture capital,builds the index system for the risk assessment,points out the different risk indexes and means for the evaluation of venture enterprise in different phase. This thesis also uses the method of analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy , main ingredient analysis.This thesis regards the evaluation and decision of the investment project as the research object. After analyzing the characteristic and content of evaluation and decision of the investment exhaustively,this thesis constructs the system of evaluation and decision of the investment project by using modern evaluation theory and statistical method.
