When an investment institution has a risk investment intention,it should first conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its investment preliminary selection project,and the accuracy of the evaluation will directly affect the investment effect.Therefore,for venture capital institutions,having a more scientific,comprehensive,rigorous,and operable venture capital project decision-making method is related to investment final selection and investment success or failure.This article takes X innovation investment company as the research object,and conducts an application research on the project investment decision-making method of venture capital in the final selection stage of the project.Using the theory of venture capital project decision-making to analyze the company ' s current venture capital project decision-making methods and the operating status of invested projects,through the review of the performance of invested projects and the five venture capital institutions whose performance and scale are close to A comparative analysis of the industry,combined with interviews with relevant experts,finds out the problems of X Venture Capital's current investment decision-making methods for projects.Through comparative exploration of each traditional financial project investment decision-making method and comprehensive decision-making method,based on the industry characteristics of similar risk investment projects,a multi-dimensional evaluation model that can solve the problems of X venture capital company's current project investment decision-making method to the greatest extent is established.Apply the established multi-dimensional evaluation model of venture capital to QC projects that X Venture Capital intends to invest in,by comparing the decision results of the multi-dimensional evaluation model with those of the original method,the applicability and operability of the multi-dimensional evaluation model are tested.Finally,the operational obstacles to the evaluation index system of venture investment projects are studied and analyzed one by one,so as to form rigorous,scientific and efficient safeguards.By dialectical analysis,classification,and improvement of trade-offs,play a role in the investment decision-making method corporate venturing in.Realize the purpose of eliminating the hidden risks of investment in a timely manner,reducing investment risks,providing capital utilization,and enhancing the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of entrepreneurialenterprises.It is hoped that this article can provide reference and help for X Venture Capital Corporation and venture capital institutions with similar problems in project investment decision-making.
