Study, Based On Price Discounts And Cooperation In Supply Chain Coordination

Supply chain and supply chain management is a kind of new organization and management pattern which advocated internationally during these twenty years. In order to effectively manage the supply chain and enable the supply chain to perform the best integral function, it is requested that every entity in supply chain and its activities in the function should cooperate with each other in high-level coordination way. Therefore, the coordination problem of supply chain has become a very important problem in supply chain management, and it has also been drawn more attention by science and enterprises fields.The coordination of supply chain which this article puts on research is mainly based on the price discount to combine the cooperation and non-cooperation relationships between members in supply chain. It also discusses the two-nodes and three nodes coordination problems in supply chain from the angle of benefit. Hereinto it makes analysis around three problems as below: a. which policy shall be used to proceed the coordination? b. what kind of condition each node could accept such policy? c. how to distribute the increased benefit originated from coordination policy in different nodes of supply chain? Following works has been done:(1) For the coordination problem of two nodes in supply chain between one manufacturer and one retailer, it hereby make improvement based on the concerned literature research:â‘ to relax a certain tentative terms;â‘¡to discuss the change of each node benefit and supply chain total benefit in every policies under un-fixed price flexibility coefficient and to make three-dimension for analysis.(2) To develop the three nodes supply chain coordination problem between one manufacturer, one whole-seller and one retailer based on two nodes supply chain: to expand two nodes benefit model to three nodes, then to discuss the change of each node benefit and supply chain total benefit on the un-fixed price flexibility coefficient and to make three-dimension for analysis.(3) To obtain the price flexibility coefficient k value scope which each node can accept the policies for the coordination problem of two nodes and three nodes.
