Inventory Management is an important part of logistics as well as a significant field of logistics research. Traditional inventory management only faces to individual enterprises, focuses on the optimization of a single inventory costs. Economic order quantities and order starting point are established based on storage and order costs, the theory and methods can't adapt to the supply chain management environment. Supply chain management focuses on the long cooperation among the participants, each of the participants plays an important part in the whole costs and advantage of competition, So The emphases on the supply chain management is establishing effective cooperation mechanism to keep and strengthen the advantage of competition. The article bases on the research of supply chain cooperation strategy with stratagem of stock and supplier development, at the same time sets up a model of Supplier selection in the way of deviation analysis, the optimization method under the constrain conditions is obtained through study the main mode of Inventory management and mathematical model. It is a meaningful of advice to solve all kinds of inventory problems in reality. The demand of price-sensitive and stochastic demand is presented through different mathematical models. The conclusion that the system's profit is maximizing when the inventory decision-making is made under the condition of cooperation is obtained. The most optimization discounts price and callback price are also presented in the article as a cooperation mechanism of supply chain.Organizational structure also has prominent effect on cooperation strategy. At last, the article presents the causes of bullwhip effect in different organizational structures and the relationship between information and decision-maker, the more research direction is also presented.
