Garments are a kind of popular product with non-perishable character, In general, garments has only one ordering opportunity and one short and fixed best-sale-cycle. The clothes need to be discounted at the end of the season or after the update of the design. Based on these problems, a two-echelon sales supply chain model with single ordering has been created based on the game theory. This thesis analyzes about the joining fees, the influence of the sales price changes, the multiprocessing channels and how the choice of a supply chain contract effects the supply chain efficiency. The main works of this thesis can be concluded as follows:First, this thesis reviews the domestic apparel supply chain business model, the alliance policy, the purchase discount and the supply chain contracts. The thesis generalized and summarized three typical apparel supply chain processing modes:the price invariable, the price variable and the out-of-season clothes processing channels.Second, a two-echelon sales supply chain model with single ordering has been created. Through the analysis of the single contract and the composite contract on the supply chain coordination, it concludes that, the combined contract is better than the single one. With the optimal status of the whole supply chain, the single contract parameter design depends on the production cost and demand of the corporation. But it only correlates with production cost within the combined contract. With reasonable designing of the parameters and the wholesale prices, composite contract can coordinate the supply chain. Changes of the sales price will influence the parameter designing within the combined contract.Third, considering the out-of-season clothes processing channels, System analysis has been taken to have a better understanding about how the buy-back contract would have impacts on the supply chain coordination in different times. The results suggest that: the mid-term buy-back and the final-term buy-back cannot achieve the optimization of supply chain system. But by setting reasonable wholesale prices and the buy-back prices in the mid-term and the final-term, the supply channel coordination can be achieved.Fourth, through the analysis of the three typical apparel supply chain processing mode, it concludes that, the privilege royalty transfer payments will have effects on the coordination of the supply chain and promote the supply chain coordination in terms of theory. In the apparel supply chain, the price invariable is a special case of price variables. The combination of reasonable prices and the dispose-down-to policy can bring an effective improvement on the expected channel profits in the centralized settings when dealing with out-of-season clothes.Meanwhile, the main conclusions presented here are supported by the XX experiments and numerical examples in Chapter IV and Chapter V. The research achievements has explained some phenomenon of the apparel supply chain and offered some advices about how to set up supply chain contracts to achieve the apparel supply chain coordination.
