Chengdu The Jh Specialty Cement Business Development Path Comparative Study

In recent years,with the energy sources supply becoming a more and more serious problem, there comes a great increase in exploration and drilling business of domestic and foreign petroleum company. This result in a great rise on the demand for special type of cement, and the number of the order for the cement is growing up sharply as well. Therefore the production of our company can't meet the demand of the market. But with the economic globalization, many Multinational (MNC) of cement have been coming to fight for the western market, while medium and small cement enterprise in west china can not keep up with the advanced native and foreign cement enterprise in terms of output which has newly technology, because the bad technology and equipment make it impossible to get scale economic benefit. In addition, serious resource–wasting, extensive management and high-cost operation are also responsible for it. How to overcome of these contradiction, seize the opportunity, improve the ability to respond of the enterprises, and finally succeed in business is a big problem of medium and small cement enterprise in west China which needs to be solved immediately.The thesis takes Chengdu JH Company for example. In this thesis, I described the internal circumstance and external circumstance of the Chengdu JH company in detail by ways of making market investigation, taking part in person, interview and taking all kinds of analysis of finance an fund report form, with knowledge of strategy management, brand management, in which I used many ways such as chart analysis, PEST, SWOT, investigation analysis and so on. In chapter 2, it describes company's background and makes an analysis of chance and menace, advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in terms of value chain, the company's brand, technology research and development, the production-sale system, market environment and the national policy, and finally it comes up with the problem of Chengdu JH Company which needs to be solved.
