Construction Management Of Cement Clinker Production Line Of MCC8 Group

Project management should be a method of scheme management, which gets advantages of organizational process control, promoting product quality and improvement on resource available. Furthermore, the level of project management has gradually become one of important standards to measure corporate competitiveness.For MCC8 Group, the large scale state-owned enterprise, there would be various issues on project schedule, project scope, project quality, project cost and project safety in project management, which leads to low project return and unsatisfied corporate profit. Therefore, this dissertation would consider the perspectives on scope,schedule, quality, cost and safety of project. And under the basis of MCC8 Group’s project management, author would combine the MCC8 Group’s Cement Clinker production line--Liang Pin Conch Project, to optimize the design of a set of feasible project management plan.After analysis on research background and significance, this dissertation would firstly make literature review on relative project management and production line operation theory to provide basic theory support and guide. Secondly, author would take briefly introduction on MCC8 Group and the project, and after the analysis and evaluation on MCC8 Group project management, there would several issues scope,schedule, quality, cost and safety of project management. In detail, the reasons could be summarized into that project funding not timely, project manager not professional enough, construction personnel low quality, management measures not perfect.Thirdly, this dissertation would combine the MCC8 Group’s Cement Clinker production line--Liang Pin Conch Project, to optimize project management scheme for project scope management, schedule management, quality management, cost management and safety management. Fourthly, for implementation of the project management scheme, it would also design relative system, organization structure and other method. Finally, author would summarize research contents and conclusions,and propose further research directions.The project management scheme of MCC8 Group’s Cement Clinker production line should be innovative exploration for large scale construction project management scheme in cement industry. The scheme would realize optimization and design from scope, schedule, quality, cost and safety of project, and the goal is to improve thegroup project management whole level and create more project profit. The scheme design and operation on project management in MCC8 Group’s Cement Clinker production line would be significant to improve project management level.Furthermore, there would be great reference for other similar large scale and complex projects management.
