| Environmental problem is currently a concentrated problem which was very concerned with. With the development of economy and increase of city population, the city sewage increases gradually, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage without any dealing discharge into river and lakes around the cities, which have resulted in so bad pollution on the water that put an negative affect on the living citizens around the cities. All the governments have taken many forces to try their best to control and manage the city water pollution, but most of them don't have obvious effect. The control and management of city water pollution has become an extremely important problem for our country and all kinds of governments.In 21st century, the challenge that the mankind faces is resources and environmental problem. And sustainable development is a basically directive idea. According to the innovation theory, combined with the idea of sustainable development, enterprises' green & sustainable innovation comes out.Here, enterprises' green & sustainable innovation is defined a course. In this course, enterprises put out and implement constantly green innovation projects, which aim at energy-conservation, consumption reduction, reducing pollution and improving environmental quality, during a quite long period, (according to innovation theory of Joseph A.Schumpeter and expansion of this theory, green innovation includes green product innovation, green technology innovation, green raw material innovation, green market innovation, green organization innovation, green institution innovation, green management innovation and spread at insides ) and realize innovative economic benefits constantly.This paper does research on the mechanism and mode of the control and manage the city water pollution in the view of enterprises' green & sustainable innovation. In the part of the mechanism of the control and manage the city water pollution, it mainly discusses the competitive mechanism and driving mechanism.In the part of mode of the control and manage the city water pollution, it mainly discusses modern project management mode. Both the two parts are discussed in the theory and practiceaspects. Finally, it makes the specific analyze combined the Dianchi lake.The topic of this thesis is taken from the fund project of national natural science just which my tutor professor Xiang Gang took charge of --"Study on mode and mechanism of enterprises' green & sustainable innovation and development"(project serial number: 70262002). The author try hard to use sustainable development theory, enterprises' sustainable innovation theory and modern project managemet method to set up relatively systematic theory frame, which enriches and develop the control and management of water pollution theory on one hand, and on the other hand, by the theory combining with practice, offers the theoretical foundation for the control and management of water pollution, drives the control and management of water pollution, offers advice for governments' decisions at the same time. |
