China's Own Innovation And Research

It is popular focus that how to keep China national economy on high-speed developing, series of problem caused by high-speed developing, thus, we are eager to find some new way to support the high-speed developing, In Jan 2006, independent innovation is put forward in order to push our country's economic keep on developing. This paper is focus on the three main part of independent innovation- enterprises, universities, researches, to analyze how to make the independent innovation effect.Since 1980's,the behavior of enterprises-universities-researches cooperation have become the main model of technological innovation in the world, especially for high technology, have become the mature experience of the combination between the present economic and science-technology in the developed countries. Since the project of E-U-R cooperation implemented in 1992 national economic & trade committee, national educational commission and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the E-U-R cooperation has developed rapidly, and played important role in the development of the economy and science-technology. Thus, it is significant that reinforcing the study of this cooperation, for our country's E-U-R cooperation development work, especially the study of cooperative model and the study of the politic design.This paper first summarizes the production of the E-U-R cooperation for domestic and abroad scholar, and this cooperation is the combination of academic, industry and government; secondly, try to analyze the reason which astrict the development of independent innovation; finally, based on the comparative analysis, the article discusses the politic design of the independent innovation in China, which focuses on three main part of independent innovation.
