| The development of industrial clusters takes an important part in the long history of the world's economy. Although the systematic study on this topic lasts more than 100 years, and they then gradually fade from people's attention with the popularity of Ford system, industrial clusters, featured with flexibility and speciality, surge a new round of regional economic development campaign all over the world and become a hot topic renewedly in the study of management theory and practice. Thus the systematic study on the factors affecting the development of industrial clusters is of important theory value and practical significance in the changeable and increasingly complicated economic environment.This study starts with the factors both home and abroad generally affecting the development of industrial clusters and then discusses the current main factors affecting the development of industrial clusters in Hangzhou Bay region (including the 6 cities of Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Shaoxing and Zhoushan on the southern wing of the Yangtze Delta) based on the systematical conclusion of theoretical study on them. This study then discusses three different types of industrial clusters in the Hangzhou Bay region by the way of doing one-to-one questionnaires in 121 enterprises and interviewing some representative major enterprises. A large number of collected data are then analyzed by the method of combining quantitative and qualitative ways including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and SPSS statistical analysis.This study finally constructs a seven-dimensional factor model-3CS2IB model (Cooperation, Capital, Culture, Service, Innovation, Industrial chain, Brand evaluation models) after a comparative study on the factors affecting the three different industrial clusters and their different affecting degrees, combined with the demonstration of the current developing situation of high-tech industrial clusters, general industrial clusters and traditional industrial clusters respectively in Hangzhou Bay region. In closing, this paper brings forward several strategies for promoting the industrial cluster development from the three lays of enterprises, government and nongovernmental organizations. |
