Forexin Machinery Manufacturing Co, Ltd ( shortened form: Forexin) was jointly established in August of 2003 by Huatian Industry Holding Group Co, Ltd. and Changsha Sunfine Investment Co., Ltd. Its main business is developing and manufacturing of bulk material handling equipments. Since the establishment, the company has adopted the strategy to develop market on priority and build the manufactory base at the same time. So, at present the organizing framework type of Forexin is a transition structure in construction period of manufactory base, the structure is suitable at the beginning of establishment, but with the development and the completing of the manufactory base, the organizing framework of Forexin Company must be redesigned.This text detailed analysed the structure of organizing and designing variable and the organizing and designing situation variable's influence to organizing structural design, when carrying on the designment of Forexin 's structure it fully considered the organizing and designing situation variable's influence to organizing structural design of Forexin.To the existing problems of Forexin's organizing framework at present , combined with the inner and outer environment and strategy, this text redesigned the organizing framework of Forexin, the emphases are the following points: Firstly, established organizing framework which Forexin should adopt, it is line- functional structure which has horizontal contacting mechanism; Secondly, carried on theadministrative structure and range design through the settlement of Forexin's total staff number; Thirdly , perfected the function and department duty of Forexin; Fourthly, designed the horizontal coordinating and horizontal controlling mechanism, Fifthly, refined to the cultural idea of Forexin; finally considered the obstruction and the way of elimination to realize organizing framework.
