The two files not only put forward the "three open, an independent, three strengthening" key and the path of the reform, In particular, They point out that it will foster the competitive power sales market main body through many ways, which is advantageous to the choices available to more users, and enhances the level of sell electricity service quality and power used. Among them, the new market competition power supply main body mainly includes:High-tech industrial park, or economic and technological development zone; Social capital investment in the sell electricity main body; A distributed power users or micro network system; The other public service industry from Water supply, gas supply, heating and energy conservation service company; The sell electricity company from Power generation enterprise investment.As the electric power market reform, the openness of sell electricity market enables each sell electricity company as the main power supply to determine the market vigor, and the power supply enterprises face the fierce market competition. On the basis of that, This article focuses on researching the power supply main competition pattern of grid companies and each new power supply main body, as well as marketing and service strategy optimization analysis.Firstly, This paper summarizes different marketization development stage competition pattern characteristic of sell electricity side of typical countries through the research of foreign electric power market sell electricity market condition, which provide reference for the reform of China electric power system reform. Secondly, This paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of electricity market reform in China, and uses the PEST analysis, porter five analysis, barrel principle, SOWT analysis for the power grid company’s competition environment analysis. And on the basis of that, this paper constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the competition of each sell electricity subject power marketing.The results show that the power grid companies exist in the various competition advantage, but it as well as has the weaknesses in social responsibility, electricity price flexibility. Basing on the theory of game theory, The paper construct the electric power system reform under the background of the power supply main body competition pattern, proves that the future competition is not only sell electricity price competition, but also the competition of the power supply service; Finally, this paper constructs the competition model of the power supply main market considering the input of power supply service, and analyzes the influence of the power supply service on the market demand, then, this paper puts forward optimization strategy for the various power supply main body in the new competition under the background of electric power system reform, points out that focus for the power supply main body after the sale market competition.
