| Hunan, once a place of traditional forces in Chinese Telecommunications,has at present become a battlefield combated by six runners.The six runners compete with each other in the same trade by using the price war largely, causing failure in all sides and disorder in Hunan telecommunications market.In this market, how to locate its market and how to form its key competition is an issue urgent to be solved for Hunan Satellite Communicatons Corporation.(HSCC)As a last runner to enter the Hunan telecommunications market, HSCC has weak power but is a company with unique resources. With same-quality competition and face-to-face conflict,it will definitely lose. Whereas the unique resources go to the extreme: the extreme lack of resources and the disoperation of a large quantity of resources.Therefore, this paper holds that only from unique mamagement and from the perspective of difference strategy, HSCC can turn its unique satillite resources and business model into market priorities and even into benefits, which is a necessity newly confronted by HSCC and the whole organization.From the key competition theories both at home and broad ,this paper objectively analyzes the inner and outer operation environment,competition situation, market structure, users location in HSCC. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward the renovated scheme combining the unique satellite resourses of HSCC with the world's largest NGN ground net and designs some products with unique character of HSCC ,such as, satellite mobilephone, satellite broadline and society emergency resources of joint actions, etc. To achieve the effective plan and find the combination point with the market,this paper also comes up with sugestions and according strategy both from a macro-perspective and a micro-perspective. |
