| Containerized transportation has been developing since 1970's,it is used widely in international trade because of its advantage of fast,safety,exact,direct link and so on. And becomes the direction of the harbor development in future.After our country joining WTO, it brings the trading quantity increases, the economy countinues growing, the country promores strategic decision of north-east old industrial base, the Dalian government constitutes to construct the "big Dalian".All these has provided the better development space and the opportunity for the containerized transportation.Facing new significant strategic opportunity, DPC should make the long term plan for future development under this circumstance.Based on the past strategic and history material,the article analysis the external environment of DPC by the strategic theory,the marketing theory,the logistics theory,the information management theory etc. and analysis the internal environment by management resources, strategic ability,core business etc.Through the analysis,the article try to find the development opportunity,the risk,the advantage and the weakness,and draw out the development strategy and the strategic measure,and pointes out the future direction of DPC. |
