Forefront Of Adsl Broadband Access Operators Project Investment And Financing Analysis

This thesis applied the theory of Strategic Management, Financial Management, Capital Operation, Business Operation to research the methodology and importance of financial management and analysis in the field of business management by explaining and analyzing the project procedures (project investigation and establishment, business plan, project finance, bidding and implementation, business operation) of one ADSL Internet Broadband Access project. This paper utilizes comprehensive methods including positive analysis, contrast analysis, citation analysis and integrating theories with practice, applies specific knowledge of Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Strategic Management and Management with the support of detailed materials collected from books, Internet and empirical investigations. The important value of the finance analysis in enterprise management is disclosed by explaining thoroughly the whole process of the ADSL Internet Broadband Access project in this paper. It gives a methodology on how to integrate MBA theory with the practice of enterprise operation and management. It's a successful exploration on project finance management. Besides, this thesis is practically important because it focuses on one of the hotspots of business investment at present——Internet operation. The research result can act as useful reference to the business operators which intent to invest in Internet access field or the value-add operators who are interested in network operation.
