Authority structure is key to organization structure , It decides an organization's efficiency, which affects its performance. During the process of organization growth, the outside environment, corporation's growth phases, and corporation's human resource structure will have new requirements on authority distribution. The existing authority structure is constantly broken, seeking an authority distribution balance among the highest leader, the department, and the branches, then forms the corporate centralized and decentralized management mode.Based on the related research both at home and abroad for reference, this thesis takes the process of corporate centralized and decentralized manangement mode as research objective. The thesis discusses the evolutive drives, evolutive behaviors and evolutive influencing factors from the perspective of evolvement. The research purpose is to provide referenced tactics for enterprise on how to adjust the authority structure when it grows.This thesis starts with the definition of the conceptions used in the research, then makes a review of abundant research literature on the definition of centralized and decentralized management mode, the phases and influencing factors of centralized and decentralized management mode. After summarizing the relevant reasearch literature, the thesis brings forward research model: the model under the drive factors of evolution, how the enterprise take actions during the process of centralized and decentralized management mode, as well as the plan of demonstration. The following part of the thesis is the case study on two enterprises on the evolution process of centralized and decentralized management mode, applies the centralized and decentralized management mode to the management function, divides the process of evolution on centralized and decentralized management mode into several different phrases, and then concludes the drive factors, evolutive behaviors and influence factors of each phase. Finally, the theis demonstrates the model. According to the results of investigation and data analysis, this dissertation makes a deep study of the evolution process of centralized and decentralized management mode of the drive factor, the evoluive behavior and the influencing factors.And the conclusion and academic prospect are educed too.
