Government Implementation Of The Project Management Research

This article gives an investigation on the implementation process about somegovernment's projects.In this article the author proposes to apply the concept of management into theimplementation process, and then give it a more effective and scientific management, withthe hope to make the costs under control and enhance the efficiency of government work.Among them, considering the specialty of the government's project, the author raises twocreative statements: one is that the project manager will take an important role;the otheris the construction of the rules.In the beginning, the author draws a clear definition on the research object,subsequently has a retrospect to the historical evolvement and development of theproject's management, which sets a basis for the whole research. By comparative analysisin term of the government organization frame and the general program management, theauthor puts forward the special structure frame of government project, defines thefunctions of different participants in the project, and brings forward three differences ofthe project.In chapter Four, the author shines light on the problems which exist in the governmentproject from micro-level. For instance he describes and analyses the conflicts by usingsome cases which always exists during the implementation. These cases not only haveuniversal traits but also some particular meanings, naturally reflecting the roots of theseproblems.The following chapter, the author stands from the views of the Economics significanceof human resource and government program. Reasonably and macroscopically analyze theefficiency of the execution of the government projects. Meanwhile, emphasis on theimportant roles taken by the people during the process, and the significance of system inthe management .At last, author put forward some specific suggestions for governmentprogram putting into practice.
