Farmers To Participate In Professional Cooperative Behavior Factors

As a kind of organization modality, peasant's specilized cooperative has played important roles in improving the degree of organization, advancing industrialization of the agriculture, and so on. During these tens of years, government pay more attention to the development of the peasant's specilized cooperatives, and it comes on some policies and measures in succession for the development of peasant's specilized cooperative. But some difficulties still exist. The most important problem is the ratio of the peasants participates in peasant's specilized cooperatives is very low. In the condition of the market economy, farmers should be the principal part of the peasant's specilized cooperatives ultimately. The development of peasant's specilized cooperatives should respect farmers' desires, and should satisfy farmers' demands. Therefore, this thesis investigate the behaviors of the persants' cooperation, open out the factors of the peasants who accede to peasant's specilized cooperatives or not, and the author puts forward some policy suggestions that based on much analysis.The author utilizes the investigation data to demonstrate the factors of the peasants who accede to peasant's specilized cooperatives or not, and then concludes some policies and measures base on the investigation data. The paper is comprised of the following five parts:In the first part, the author explains some questions briefly, such as the background and the intention of this paper, the definition of cooperative and farmer, the content of this research and so on.In the second part, this paper makes a brief review on the literatures about the farmer behaviors and the factors that affect farmer to join in the peasant's specilized cooperatives during these tens of years home and abroad. These made up the second chapter of this paper and found a theory basic for following positive study.In the third part, it mainly includes a theoretical analyze model of the behavior decision of peasants taking part in specilized cooperative, and the theoretical hypethesis of the factors that affect the behaviorsIn the fourth part, the author utilizes the investigation data to demonstrate about theory that with the third part. Keystone of this paper is carried out. In this part, the author analyse the factors of the ratio of peasants taking part in specilized cooperative with SPSS. Theauthor considers that the ages of farmers will affect the behavior decision of peasants taking part in specilized cooperative, and so the conginations, the kinds of products, policies of government.In the fifth part, according to the analyses above, this paper summarise the research conclusion, and proposes that what should done is publicize knowledges, induct the development of specialized cooperatives; increase the support of specialized cooperatives, quicken the development of the specialized cooperatives; make measures according to the facts, regularate the development of the specialized cooperatives.
