The Growth Of Enterprise Internationalization Of R & D Organization Mode

As world commerce is being developed thoroughly constantly, the connection and integration of global economy are close day by day. Enterprise's transnational management strategy is adjusted correspondingly too. In order to adapt to the world market, Some large-scale trans-corporations utilized local scientific and technological resource and talent of host country to change the model under the range of R&D activities of home country. So, according to different comparative advantages in such aspects as talent, scientific and technological strength, scientific research infrastructure, local favourable policies and regulations of area, design effective organization mode dispose resource in an orderly manner rationally, become the question under the process of enterprise internationalization grow up to think and discuss constantly.On the basis of the study about the domestic and international scholar, this thesis combine development course, analyses the reason why the enterprise internationalization research and develop appearance, from three angles of enterprise's interior and exterior environment and function that the internationalization researched and development. Meanwhile, the author also review the theoretical foundation of appearance of enterprise's internationalization research and development, dividing into two schools to analysis, and regard view of the second school as this thesis's theoretical guidance. Afterwards, organize the mode to analyze to the research and development that the theory circle has been popular at present under the guidance of theory, have compared its institutional framework elements, position elements and the elements of the policy separately, have summed up and drawn different coordination schemes to the existing mode on this basis. Finally, on the basis of understanding to the existing mode and forefathers' research results, have put forward the organization mode that suitable nowadays enterprises research and development internationalization grow up--Alliance's mode of tactic, andprove the validity through the transformation of R&D organization in the internationalization process of Haier Group.During the course of the thesis research, because of the limitations of reasons in many aspects, study on some contents have a great deal of faultiness place also, but from myself, I hope the research can offer some reference for growing up in enterprise's internationalization of our country and draw lessons from.
