In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and the Interneteconomic globalization has rapidly swept the world.Under the call of policies and self-exploration,Chinese enterprises have continued to expand the overall scale of foreign investment.Different from the foreign expansion of developed countries based on technological advantages, the main purpose of international operation of Chinese enterprises at this stage is to learn international advanced technology experience, acquire strategic resources, and promote the innovation and development of enterprises. However,at present, there are still insufficient research and inconsistent conclusions in the academic circles about the effectiveness of "going out" and whether internationalization can bring about an improvement in innovation performance.Based on the above background, from the perspective of R&D internationalization of my country’s textile and garment enterprises, based on resource-based theory and organizational learning theory, this paper deeply explores the impact of enterprise R&D internationalization on its innovation performance;at the same time,it introduces enterprise absorptive capacity and organizational redundancy as adjustments variables to study the impact of the two on the innovation performance of enterprises. The empirical analysis results show that: first, the internationalization of enterprise R&D has a positive effect on its innovation performance;second, the stronger the absorptive capacity of the enterprise, the higher the level of its innovation performance, that is,the absorptive capacity has a positive effect on the enterprise innovation performance;Third, corporate absorptive capacity can positively regulate the impact of corporate R&D internationalization on its innovation performance. The stronger the corporate absorptive capacity, the greater the promotion of R&D internationalization on corporate innovation performance; There is a negative relationship between them, that is,organizational redundancy has a negative effect on corporate innovation performance. The research contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects:firstly, taking my country’s textile and garment enterprises as the research object,it explores the impact of internationalization on the innovation performance of enterprises in emerging countries, which enriches the research in the field of internationalization;secondly, from the perspective of R&D internationalization It further confirms the supporting role of resource-based theory and organizational learning theory on the relationship between enterprise internationalization and innovation performance. Finally, the introduction of enterprise absorptive capacity and organizational redundancy as moderator variables enriches the relationship between enterprise R&D internationalization and innovation performance. The research on situational factors has broadened the application scope of social capital theory. In addition, this research also has the following practical implications: first,it has certain reference significance for enterprises to formulate international development plans rationally according to their own development conditions and characteristics; The strategic enterprise provides reference around the ability to acquire, digest, integrate and utilize new external knowledge. |
