Through the quantitative analysis of each activity consumption time by using the method of ASME, non value-added activities are discovered. Through the comparison of operation cost by using the method of ABC, the new process has been designed. In brief, the newly designed process has achieved the target of reducing customer service time and improving the quality of customer service.It is proved that the BPR should be carried on under the corresponding theory.
