The Research On ANDYA Corporate Execution Process Reengineering Of Business Contract

When reviewing the historical Corporation Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in recent years, On the one hand, it has attracted many companies attention by its profound theory and thorough practical transform, which become a hot topic in the industry of European, American and the rest of the World at the beginning stage. However, on the other hand, there exit the fail examples in Corporation BPR, some enterprises didn't get the expectable or favorable results. So, How to perform the BPR in one company? How to ensure the success of BPR? How to achieve an expecting result of BPR by imputing the minimum company resources? Herewith, these substantial questions should be certainly solved and worth to be carefully investigated.Concerning the theory of BPR, domestic and foreign academician has made a considerable researches one and after. Some introduction articles and dissertations has been published by our domestic academicians, however, most of the theory should be developed into the empirical practice, so as to be improved in the further step. This dissertation raised the principle of BPR as a main direction to analyze the complicated BPR into specific concrete approaches, which would be implemented one by one combined with the company's actual situation. Three Models of BPR- Integrated Definition Function Modeling(IDFM), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME),Activity Based Costing (ABC) has been basically introduced and analyze the whole process. The models analysis approaches reduce possibility of implementing misplay in the biggest extent, guarantee the successful performance of BPR. Brain Storming and the DELPHI method has been used for designing the new business process. Simultaneously, these two methods re-engineered the process of contract execution, which is the core business flow of ANDYA Company,Finally, the exertion of IDEFM, ABC and ASME make an further analysis and validation on the new process,which evidence the valuable and beneficial use for reference in ANDYA's BPR as well as the other relevant companies in the same industries.
