With the rapid development of automotive industry, the logistics service of warehousing for automotive components has played a vital role in the entire service. To improve the logistics efficiency and optimize activities resource allocation becomes the key point of logistics cost control for warehouse.Starting from the actual needs of enterprises, this thesis mainly discusses activities resource allocation problem and builds up the warehousing business process model based on its process analysis. In a deep study of the qualitative and quantitative relationship between process, activities and resources, we perform models to solve key parameters of warehousing activity resources allocation so as to propose the solution to optimize both resource allocation and recourse efficiency. Finally, we succeed in planning the number of resources and improving logistics operation efficiency so that we can save cost. After we have solved the actual problems, we show a new method for activity resource allocation problem.According to an in-deep survey for business of automotive component warehouse, we found out operation process will directly affect resource allocation. This thesis uses hierarchical methods to study activities of different layers and the same layer based on the business process characteristics. By means of IDEFO modeling, the relationship between process, activities and resources can be illustrated visually and accurately.After that, we build up a two-dimensional table data model of business process. Then a comprehensive application of ABC method has been made up for an in-depth analysis of warehousing activity cost. The research conducts further models to solve resource-efficiency, resource-costing as well as standardization model of the amount of task. Based on the above method, linear programming model and an inverse one for resource allocation has been constructed. The models can optimize the amount of resources and resource efficiency at the same time. Two typical applications in practice for inverse LP model on the basis of owned resources have been presented. The results show that this method is practical and effective to satisfy actual needs of enterprises.In conclusion, the research on warehouse operation resource allocation based on activity costing analysis of the qualitative and quantitative is helpful for making more reasonable and practical plan. It is of great value in application with special theoretical significance.
