Telecommunication, a word which mostly means fixed telephone and telegraph services 20 years before, have changed a lot on these newly and challenge days. The income of fixed telephone which takes up 90% of all is shrinking constantly. Many telecom corporations have made the increment services as their main transforming methods. This thesis tries to discuss the developing strategy of increment products for telecom enterprises.At first, this thesis summarized the recession of fixed voice products via production period theory, and analysised the developing trend of global telecom industry by a lot of relative data from 4 aspects which is substitution effect of products, transition of industry structure, development of new technology and status of tradition telecom operators. All of above got a conclusion that the inevitability of telecom transform. Secondly, this thesis brought forward a basic developing strategy for telecom increment products by analysising the connotation of increment products. Then, the strategy for three core increment services has been discussed. The cases such as color ring DIY competition, education broadband and information networks project of Liuyang administration center were taken as identification and validation. At last, this thesis summarized the transforming experiences and lessons of two telecom operators, and presented some advices for developing strategy of telecom increment products based on personal experiences of the products designing and searching.
